Search Engine Placement

Google, Yahoo, & Bing search engine placement is guaranteed first page placement 24/7 in the sponsored links, for a flat fee on a strictly month to month agreement.

The positioning of these sponsored links may vary, but we do keep our clients as high as possible on the page.   If at any time you do fall off the first page, contact Flux Marketing immediately either by email or by phone.  Clients will receive credit for the time that their website was not visible on the first page.

Flux Marketing is not responsible for your website quality score or any malicious software associated with your website.  If your website has problems that prohibit it from being placed in the sponsored links of the search engines we will consult you in the best way to fix the problem.  The amount paid for placement will be credited to your account if the client uses Flux Marketing to find a solution, or will be refunded back to the client until the client has the issue resolved themselves.

At Flux, we understand that each client is unique and may need custom placement options.  We are more than happy to accommodate with individually designed placement packages.

Search Engine Optimization/SEO

All Flux Marketing SEO products begin with a minimum 3 month agreement, additional extended contracts with incentives are available.  After the initial 3 months, the agreement then becomes month to month.  All work done with SEO is Google compliant and will work to achieve higher placement in the organic/natural listings of top search engines.  Search Engine Optimization is not a guaranteed service.  Search Engine Optimization is a service that is subject to a multitude of factors including website code, in-bound links, out-bound links, keyword traffic, content, rich media, social media, and the search engines changing requirements.

SEP & SEO Billing

Billing for both SEP & SEO begins the day service is started and will recur billing every month to be billed the account balance.  The date service is started will be the client billing date each month unless otherwise agreed upon with Flux Creative Marketing and client.  All cancellation requests must be received within 10 business days prior to the accounts recurring billing date. If your cancellation is received within said 10 day period, services will continue through the next billing cycle. All cancellation requests must be received in writing to fluxcreativemarketing@gmail.com.

Refunds are not provided for services rendered.

Rich Media

Rich Media includes the development of video, animation, flash, or motion graphics.

All Rich Media content will be developed in an appropriate format for fast load time with the latest video software and the best possible compression.  Video editing is based on video footage that has been provided by the client or stock video purchased at the discretion of Flux.  This may inhibit the opportunities for editing based on the quality of video.  All rich media content developed will only be networked through video websites with the addition of the appropriate search engine optimization package.

Website Development & Graphic Design

Websites developed with Flux Creative Marketing are available utilizing content management software. These websites are designed to feature user content and information. Unless content development services are requested, Flux Creative Marketing is not responsible for content or images on the website. Website graphics and layouts may be limited to certain template requirements needed for these content management systems.

Graphic Design by Flux Creative Marketing is based on a consultation with each client. The artwork provided is a direct artistic interpretation of this consultation. Source files may be provided to the client in order to utilize this design in multiple formats, depending on the service offered. Flux creative Marketing is not liable for any copyright infringement or fees/fines incurred due to such infringement.

Websites designed by Flux Creative Marketing are hosted for an $80 yearly hosting fee as well as a $20 domain administration fee.

All websites designed for Flux Creative Marketing clients are owned by said client. Certain templates, stock images, and graphics are owned by Flux Creative Marketing and may be used in other services as we see fit.

Flux Creative Marketing reserves the right to work on contract basis with other website development companies in order to provide the client with the best possible product or services. With these affiliate companies, the client may be subject to additional terms and agreements, as well as those required by Flux Creative Marketing. Flux Creative Marketing reserves the right to maintain sole client interaction through the development process.

Website payment may be received in partial payments or in full. Development of the website will not begin until payment has been received. If website payment has not been received within a reasonable amount of time as deemed by the designer, Flux reserves the right to remove said website and will require a $50.00 website reinstatement fee.

Disclaimers

The use of services provided by Flux Creative Marketing indicates that you understand and are bound by these agreements or contracts. Flux Creative Marketing reserves the right to update and or change the Terms and Agreements or basis of services and products at any time.

Flux Creative Marketing is not responsible for problems or delays created by internet connections or services. Flux Creative Marketing is subject to the rules and regulations of basic online marketing requirements set forth by search engines and is not held liable for websites that do not meet said requirements.

Flux Creative Marketing is not responsible for the effectiveness or quality of traffic received through these services or products.
